2010 SUMMERTIME BIBLE STUDY

Summertime is a wonderful time of year when we endeabor to retreat from the hectic pace of life and seek rest and relaxation. Jesus well understood this reality when He invited His disciples to come away with Hima nd rest awhile from the demands of service.

That is why you are invited to a summer retreat from the cares of this world to focus on the Kingdom of God in our midst and eternal truths.

Our guest teacher, Fr. Bill Halbing, Pastor of St. Antoninus Parish, Newark, is a renowned Bible Teacher, Conference Speaker and Evangelist whose giftedness makes the Scriptures come alive in a dynamic way.

The Bible Study will take place on Thursday evenings in the church, from July 15th to August 12th from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Fr. Bill will take us through the First Letter of John, which is a follow up to the Gospel of St. John. This study will enrich our understanding of St. John's Gospel and address serious theological errors.
