St. Bartholomew the Apostle Parish, situated in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, the Southwest section of Union County, serves both Scotch Plains and Fanwood towns. However, like many other parishes these days, we do have parishioners who reside in other neighboring towns. Our Catholic Faith Community of 2,500+ families has a virbrant spiritual, social and service life that not only affects our parish but reaches out into our community and county.
With over forty organizations, programs, committees and groups serving the parish, there is certainly a great opportunity for any person to make a difference to use their time and talent in a postive, christian way in following and imitating Jesus Christ. Led by our pastor, Fr. John Paladino, St. Bartholomew is rich with a relatively young sixty-year history. Learn more about the parish through our website or by visiting us any time. All are welcome!
